Represented CMC Singapore in obtaining Singapore court recognition of an Italian court-supervised rehabilitation process in respect of CMC Ravenna. The Singapore court granted the orders sought, including the restraint of all pending, contingent or fresh proceedings or any enforcement or execution against any of the assets, and a stay of all present proceedings against CMC Singapore.
