Defended claims against a Philippines-based petroleum group over a $140 million arbitration award, successfully arguing that the arbitration clause should be interpreted expansively. 

Acted for a Singaporean client in a $30 million claim against LGT Bank for fraud by a rogue relationship manager.

Work highlights 

Advised the liquidators of a local golf and country club in pursuing $130 million in claims against the company's controlling shareholders. 

Represented creditors in the complex debt restructuring of a Singapore-listed China-focused real-estate trust.
