Singapore-based TSMP Law Corporation (TSMP) added senior counsel and former Deputy Solicitor-General Jeffrey Chan Wah Teck to its dispute resolution team as a senior director. His practice will focus on white-collar crime, regulatory investigations, medical negligence and investment disputes. Teck was appointed senior counsel in 2008 and he will continue to focus on advocacy.
New director Mark Jacobsen joins from RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. He specialises in regulatory and compliance for financial institutions, and in funds work.
Professor Hans Tjio, a company and securities law expert, will serve as a consultant, assisting in the development of the firm’s regulatory practice. He previously acted in the same capacity for Linklaters Singapore.
Jacobsen and Tjio have founded compliance consulting firm Integrium, which is an adjacent but separate entity from TSMP.
