RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has announced the appointment of Zachary Scully as partner of the firm’s corporate restructuring and insolvency practice.
Scully is qualified to practice law in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. His practice includes dispute resolution and corporate commercial matters where he regularly advises clients on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate finance, investments, trust structures and other commercial agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Scully was an equity partner in a boutique law firm which specialises in corporate restructuring.
Scully will be working with Nandakumar Renganathan, partner and deputy head and Sharon Chong, partner from the litigation and dispute resolution practice to augment the firm’s corporate restructuring and insolvency capabilities.
