Teodulo Antonio San Juan has been hired by the infrastructure boutique Gulapa Law as a corporate partner. His focus is mainly on corporate and commercial transactions, with sector expertise in energy and infrastructure.
Prior to joining the firm, he was president and chief legal officer of the infrastructure arm of a leading conglomerate in the Philippines and was previously a senior partner at Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose.
