Bird & Bird ATMD has hired commercial litigation specialist Lijun Chui as partner in Singapore. Chui joins from Clifford Chance where she led its Singapore tech disputes and regulatory practice.
Chui specialises in commercial disputes, contentious regulatory and investigation matters. She has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitrations in the technology, banking, construction, shipping, and oil and gas spaces. She also frequently acts for financial institutions and major corporations involving various regulatory issues such as market misconduct and corruption.
