Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow has hired Xavier Amadei as a local principal from Linklaters after 14 years where he was a counsel.
Amadei’s appointment comes after its recent hire of Kenny Kwan as partner, who previously worked at Drew & Napier as the head of capital markets practice, in March 2019.
Amadei is qualified in Hong Kong, New York and Paris, specialising in advising investment banks, issuers and shareholders on cross border equity and debt offerings including SEC-registered offerings as well as offerings pursuant to Regulation S, Rule 144A and other private placements.
