Hong Kong Arbitration Week is back! Taking place October 15-20, the week-long event is now in its sixth year. Organised by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the event brings together arbitrators, academics and business leaders to share ideas and exchange views on international arbitration.

The flagship ADR in Asia Conference will feature a keynote speech by Toby Landau, barrister and arbitrator, Essex Court Chambers. Plenary sessions will cover topics such as the impact of Brexit and withdrawal of the US from TPP on international trade and dispute settlement, including international arbitration; the lifecycle of a construction project along the Belt and Road; and artificial intelligence and the industrialization of arbitration.
