Vietnam’s YKVN has appointed former head of Clifford Chance’s Korea office Kim Hyun-suk as a partner in Singapore.
Kim specialises in capital markets and cross border M&A. Before his time at Clifford Chance, Kim practiced at US firms including Davis Polk & Wardwell and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.
“We are very pleased that Hyun has decided to join us,” said Truong Nhat Quang, managing partner of YKVN. “His strong experience and track record in capital markets, M&A and arbitration will strengthen our ability to serve clients in key practice areas. He will be a key player in the expansion of our international practice.”
