Atlas Asia Law Corporation has hired Emily Low as director from fintech start-up Liquid Group, where she was general counsel.
Low specialises in investment funds and financial regulatory work primarily focusing on private equity, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure and hybrid structures.
Atlas Asia Law Corporation is a member firm of EY network which was set up by ex-Dentons Rodyk partner Evelyn Ang in 2018. After the inception, the firm consistently bolstered by hiring directors including Chan Wan Hong and Desiree Lee from Dentons Rodyk.
Atlas Asia now has six directors with the addition of Low.
