Moses Lin, former head of Incisive Law’s maritime practice, returns to Shook Lin & Bok as a partner in its shipping practice.
Lin’s breadth of work includes shipping disputes related to shipbuilding, charter parties as well as commodities and trade disputes.
This hire is the second practice head hire this month, following the appointment of IP specialist Jevon Louis from Ravindran Associates.
