Shanghai-headquartered Hui Ye Law Firm has hired Qing Deng, Zhipeng Huang and Wenbing Wang as partners in Shenzhen. Before joining the firm, Deng, Huang and Wang worked for Tiantong & Partners, Guangdong Fu Qun Law Firm and Dentons, respectively.
Deng’s practice covers dispute resolution, banking and finance, with special focus on litigation the finance sector. China Minsheng Bank, PingAn Bank, China Merchants Bank and Xunlei are some of his clients.
Huang is an IP and commercial litigation expert. He has a track record of representing in disputes relating to patent infringement, technical secrets, unfair competition and patent invalidation.
Wang focuses on the disposal of non-performing assets, criminal defence and compliance. He has advised companies on cross-border finance, disposal of non-performing assets, financial lease, real estate dispute and shareholder dispute.
The hire of three partners is expected to further develop the firm’s staff and practice in the Greater Bay Area.
