Reed Smith’s Singapore formal law alliance firm Resource Law has welcomed corporate director Johnny Lim from Shook Lin & Bok.
Lim focuses on cross border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital. He is experienced in dealing with bankruptcy protection, schemes of arrangement, judicial management, administration and liquidation across the South East Asia region.
Lim’s arrival is the second director-level hire in the last few months after Collin Seah joined from Quahe Woo & Palmer in December 2019.
Resource Law now has five directors in total including Bernard Yee, Adrian Aw and Kohe Hasan besides Lim and Seah.
