With effect from 2020, Rajah & Tann’s Myanmar branch, previously known as Rajah & Tann NK Legal Myanmar, has been renamed as Rajah & Tann Myanmar due to the cessation of the term of U Nyein Kyaw as founder senior partner and his departure from the firm at the end of 2019.
Other personnel remain unchanged. The office will continue to be led by Min Thein, who has been managing partner since 1 January 2019. Min served as a judge of township courts and a judicial officer with the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar.
Based in Yangon, Rajah & Tann Myanmar offers full service legal advices to their clients. Its team consists of seven partners in Singapore and Myanmar.
