MdME Lawyers has hired corporate lawyer Rui Filipe Oliveira as partner from Riquito Advogados. Oilveira advises multinational and domestic corporations on a wide range of M&A transactions, including complex corporate and financial restructurings, private investments and joint ventures.
In addition to his corporate work, Oilveira is also experienced in dispute resolution, with a record of advising on shareholders disputes, land concession and patent litigation.
