Helmsman LLC is pleased to announce the firm’s official transition into a multi-disciplinary law firm servicing clients and partners throughout the Asia Pacific, Greater China and further afield.

Helmsman LLC started as a dedicated shipping and commodities specialist practice.

The firm is delighted to formally announce the formation of new practice groups - commercial disputes, employment, and corporate, banking and finance – to join the already established shipping and commodities practice groups.

“Over the last 3 years, the firm carefully and patiently selected and hired senior lawyers with the requisite expertise and who share the firm’s practice ethos to head the practice groups,” shared Maureen Poh, Director, Helmsman LLC. The team’s synergy is priority at the firm.” The firm will introduce each practice group and its respective heads over the next few weeks.
