Gilbert + Tobin has advised SiteMinder, an Australian software company focused on the hotel industry, in its latest $70 million funding that values the company at A$1.08 billion.
The round was led by equity funds managed by BlackRock. The company has previously raised capital from TCV and Bailador.
The G+T team was led by corporate advisory partner Costas Condoleon, with support from partner Kevin Ko and lawyer Annabel Humphreys.
