Gilbert + Tobin has advised Australian digital consumer credit business MoneyMe on its IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange. It raised A$45 million and debuted with a market capitalisation of about A$210 million.

Founded in 2013, MoneyMe offers loans to Australians online with the help of its big data analytics.

The G+T team was led by corporate advisory partners Costas Condoleon and Adam D’Andreti, supported by lawyers Wes Bainbridge, Syavie Ghamry and Nicholas Chan.
