Former managing partner of Cavenagh Law (Clifford Chance) Harpreet Singh Nehal and counsel Jordan Tan has co-founded a disputes boutique called Audent Chambers.
The firm will have an advocate-only system as well as introducing flexible and young working culture such as work anywhere, unlimited leaves and no dress code.
Nehal specialises in commercial disputes and international arbitration in the banking and finance, energy and technology and telecommunications sectors.
In an interview with Business Times, the lawyers shared their vision for the firm which is to be the one that takes on highly complex commercial matters as well as pro bono cases which raise important questions of law and public interest.
