Bertie Mehigan (pictured left) and his team join Howse Williams Bowers from Ashurst this month. A specialist in complex restructurings, special-situations financing and distressed situations, Mehigan has worked in Asia for more than 20 years. Before his position as partner in Ashurst’s finance team, he was with the Singapore office of O’Melveny & Myers, where he was a senior partner focusing on cross-border financing, restructuring and investment.
