Restructuring boutique BlackOak has welcomed Debby Lim as a director from Shook Lin & Bok where she was an equity partner.
Restructuring and insolvency specialist Lim focuses on commercial and insolvency disputes and domestic and cross-border arbitration. Prior to Shook Lin & Bok, she also held positions at TSMP Law Corporation and Tan Kok Quan Partnership.
The arrival of Lim brings the total number of directors at BlackOak to four.
