Paul Seah has become the senior partner of Singaporean law firm Tan Kok Quan Partnership.
Seah has been with TKQP for 10 years and specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution. Among high profile cases he has acted, he represented one of the accused in the City Harvest trial, the longest running criminal trial in Singapore history. Seah also practises in insolvency and restructuring, where he has advised leading accounting firms and financial institutions in Singapore.
