Drew & Napier welcomes back Chua Tju Liang, oil and gas specialist, as equity director from Chris Chua & Associates.
Chua has more than a decade of experience handling some of the most significant oil and gas M&A deals in the region and the US. He regularly advises on LNG and crude oil sales agreements, drilling services agreements, joint operating agreements and production sharing contracts.
Chua began his career at Drew in 2001, then joined Vinson & Elkins in Shanghai in 2006 as partner. He came back to Singapore in 2013 to join Sidley Austin.
This marks the third return of ex-Drew lawyers this year, after Siraj Omar SC and Ong Sim Ho.
