Lou advised China International Capital Corporation (CICC) as sponsor in connection with China Resources Microelectronics’ (CR Micro) $534 million IPO on the STAR Market.
Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, CR Micro is the first red chip company listed on the A-shares market since the introduction of the mechanism in April. It’s also the first company to exercise the greenshoe option on the STAR Market.
