Hugill & Ip has announced the recruitment of Jade Tang as partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team. She will be working together with co-heads Christopher Hooley and Gary Wong.
Tang specialises in corporate and commercial law and has an extensive knowledge of employment and business immigration issues. Her record shows a fair experience in dealing with cross-border transactions related to joint-ventures, shareholder agreements, M&A and assisting clients in the setup of private equity funds, as well as advising on compliance and corporate governance issues.

According to the firm, Hugill & Ip now has 30 staff and plans to further boost the family and matrimonial practice in the near future.
