Ruby Rose Yusi

Ms. Yusi specializes in taxation, foreign investments, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and government procurement. She represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Philippine Economic Zone, local government units, and the Bureau of Local Government Finance. She also represents clients before the Court of Tax Appeals and the Supreme Court.

Ms. Yusi also serves as director and Corporate Secretary of various corporations.

• Procter & Gamble – Serves as counsel on internal revenue and local tax issues of the group
• Vestas Services – Represented a wind-power contractor in various refund cases before the Court of Tax Appeals and the Supreme Court
• Smartmatic Group of Companies – Acted as counsel for the group in connection with bidding held by the Philippine Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for the procurement of election-related goods and services. As of date of this publication, total value of contracts won by client is at PHP1 Billion.
