Liguo Cui

Mr. Cui Liguo is the founding Partner of Guantao Law Firm and chairman of the Management Committee of Guantao Law Firm. Mr. Cui graduated from the faculty of economic law of the China University of Political Science and Law in 1991. Mr. Cui has over 28 years of experience in the legal profession and serves as the independent director on multiple corporate boards, including APT Satellite Holdings Ltd. (a corporation listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), CNNC International Limited (a corporation listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), Frontier Services Group Limited (a corporation listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), Essence Securities Co., Ltd., Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd.
