Chan Keun Park

Chan-Keun Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include labor law and administrative law. In particular, he has built professional experiences by providing advisory and litigation services in relation to a wide variety of labor issues including the adoption of flexible working hours and responding to labor inspections, restructuring in corporate M&A and business transfers, improvement of wage structures, establishment of solutions to resolve discrimination against fixed-term workers or temporary workers, responding to occupational health and safety authorities, corporate strategies toward multiple labor unions, and sexual harassment within the workplace, etc.
