Represented Sun Hung Kai Capital in its litigation in the High Court against four former directors for their breaches of directors’ and fiduciary duties. 

Acted for the founder of Mustafa Centre, one of the most iconic retail businesses and tourist landmarks in Singapore, in multiple minority oppression suits brought against him and his immediate family members by their extended family members in respect of the operation and management of the business' holding company, Mohamed Mustafa & Samsuddin. 

Restructuring and insolvency
