Work highlights
Advised Annum on the rights issue and diversification of its existing businesses. The deal involved legal solutions and agreements between Annum Group and its partners. The agreements allowed Annum Industries, a subsidiary of Annum Group, to use lands leased from the Terengganu state government for its smart farming business. The legal solutions and agreements were tailored specifically for Annum’s smart farming venture.
Advised Snowfit Group on its listing of its entire issued share capital by way of introduction on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities. Snowfit Group made a positive debut on the leading entrepreneur accelerator platform (LEAP) market of Bursa Malaysia Securities, with an opening at a premium of 33.3% higher than its reference price.
