Represented Wyeth and its affiliated company Wyeth Shanghai Trading in securing a favourable court decision from the Hangzhou Intermediate Court in a civil litigation against a long-term infringer Guangzhou Wyeth Baby Products 

Represented New Balance in winning a civil infringement suit against a local manufacturer who infringed New Balance’s iconic slanting N logo and peculiar trade dress.  

Advised Fendi on a trademark infringement and unfair competition proceeding against an unaffiliated retailer using Fendi trademarks.
