Work highlights 

Advised Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan as the arrangers in connection with a loan to Byju’s wholly-owned subsidiary in the US.

Acted for lenders Ares SSG Capital Management and affiliates of Farallon Capital Asia in connection with their financing to Shapoorji group entities.

Represented a consortium of banks including Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Nomura, on its $75 million loan to CA Alchemy Investments.
