Advised Triple-A in acquiring a strategic payment services target in France. The client is one of the first companies to be licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under the Payment Services Act to provide crypto-payment services.

Acted for Exo Travel for the formation of a joint venture with Elaf Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Assisted the Algorand Foundation to set up a separate fund to cover indemnifying the directors of the board in the event of legal or regulatory action and liability.

Advised Infinity Conglomerate Group on the token regulatory framework in view of its token listing.

Acted for Karma Innovations on its Zone Token, a web3 and Gamefi company.
