In particular the firm is known for its sophisticated banking representation, working with domestic and international lenders, borrowers and other clients in domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, project finance, energy, real estate, telecommunications, infrastructure projects and debt restructuring. The firm enjoys alliances with many of the leading international law firms and in the past year bolstered its offering with the hiring of four associates.
