Overview

SRPP is one of the newest high-end law firms, having been established in 2019 by seasoned partners from other well-regarded law firms including Weerawong C&P, Norton Rose Fulbright and Linklaters. The core pillars of the firm are banking and finance, foreign direct investment, corporate and M&A, and restructuring and insolvency. In particular the firm is known for its sophisticated banking representation, working with domestic and international lenders, borrowers and other clients in domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, project finance, energy, real estate, telecommunications, infrastructure projects and debt restructuring. The firm enjoys alliances with many of the leading international law firms and in the past year bolstered its offering with the hiring of four associates.
