Advised Bintang Capital Partners on its RM10.75 million ($2.5 million) investment in Project Studio (The Flow Studio), a Malaysia-based yoga and Pilates firm operating across seven locations. The November 2024 transaction involved a RM9.4 million subscription of redeemable convertible preference shares and RM1.35 million acquisition of ordinary shares, featuring innovative structuring that secured minority shareholder protections including drag-along rights.
