Successfully obtained approval from the Competition Commission of India for Viatris's divestment of its women's healthcare business in India. 

Represented an Indian cement manufacturers association in an ongoing investigation regarding alleged anti-competitive practices in the cement industry.

Assisted an energy company on its partnership with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, facilitating a joint investment of $300 million to develop renewable energy projects across India.
