Samvad Partners is a multi-specialist law firm with market-approved corporate and dispute resolution offerings. Representing a domestic cable manufacturer and its promoters in an international commercial arbitration against a competitor group regarding a contractual dispute over the future transfer of business assets. 

Successfully represented an offshore pension provider in a writ petition before the Madras High Court, obtaining an interim stay against ex-parte recovery proceedings initiated by the Income Tax Department for capital gains tax. This case is significant as it addresses the rights of offshore trusts in tax matters in India. 

Represented a domestic food delivery technology group in arbitration proceedings concerning payment obligations for logistics services provided to a leading furniture manufacturer.
