Rajah & Tann is arguably the most visible among Singapore’s ‘Big Four’ law firms in the Southeast Asian market. Advised CKM (Cayman), an SPV of CITIC Environment Investment Group, as offeror in its pre-conditional exit offer for all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of CITIC Envirotech for its voluntary delisting from the main board of the SGX-ST. This was the first exit offer made concerning an issuer listed on the SGX-ST since the SGX-ST implemented changes to the voluntary delisting regime under the listing rules in July 2019.
