Work highlights 

Acted as legal adviser to the IFC on matters of Mongolian law in connection with the subscription and purchase by the IFC on its and IFC-BCFP’s behalf of private placement bonds issued by the capital city of Ulaanbaatar. 

Acted as Mongolian counsel to the banks in connection with the issuance of a $300 million international bond by Golomt Bank, one of Mongolia’s five systemic banks. This was the first Mongolian commercial bank bond issuance in the market on a standalone basis in the last 12 years.
