Representing Malaysian technology company Salutica Allied Solutions in a landmark patent infringement suit against Apple Malaysia concerning Crosspair Technology. Following the High Court's January 2025 decision invalidating Salutica's patent and finding no infringement, the matter is now on appeal. The case raises novel issues of patent law and marks one of the first instances of a local innovator challenging a global technology giant over patent rights in Malaysia.
