  • Communication Components Antenna Inc. vs Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG & Ors. - C.S. (Comm.) NO. 653 OF 2019 - High Court of Delhi - The Plaintiff, Communication Components Antenna Inc. and its predecessors TenXc Wireless Inc. filed multiple suits in India in past against parties like CommScope Technologies, LLC and Ace Technologies Corp. and injunctions were granted against the defendants by the High Court of Delhi.
