Represented Peel-Works against the proprietor of GTS Bullet Rice over an ex-parte order of injunction on the ground that selling GTS products on its mobile app would infringe on its trademark and copyright.  

Advised Exicom Tele-Systems on patenting various technological innovations in the field of battery management systems across various jurisdictions including India. 

Dispute resolution
Work highlights 

Acted for the liquidator of Biotor Industries in a case involving the issue of whether a statutory authority can be treated as a secured creditor under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code during the liquidation. 

Assisted the bondholders of Laxmi Vilas Bank as petitioner against the Reserve Bank of India’s order to write down the bonds
