Advising OML Entertainment in a suit against a defendant that obtained an ex-parte order of injunction against the release of the client’s web series afsos”, that was due for streaming on Amazon Prime.

Successfully defended Brita India Water Solutions against a copyright claim involving contributory and vicarious infringement allegations by Dassault Systems, a software company.

Assisting State Bank of India as the financial creditor in filing an application under the insolvency code against SOMA Enterprises.
