Acted for a materials manufacturer in raising debt by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures. The deal was complex as it was one of the biggest leverage buy-outs in the cement industry and there were many bidders. 

Advised Shriram Transport Finance Company on its financing programme including raising of monies for its trade financing in the form of floating rate bonds.
