Represented Guangzhou Juanxing Business Service in the equity transfer contract dispute case against Shaanxi Kaixin Electronic Engineering, Shaanxi Wanhe Industrial Development, Shaanxi Wanhe Investment and Shaanxi Ronghe Tianrui Real Estate Development, winning the case in the retrial by the Supreme People's Court. 

Acted for Kangdexin Composite Material Group in its contract dispute with Kangde Investment Group and Bank of Beijing.
