Work highlights 

Advising the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) on managing its entire trademark portfolio. 

Advised franchisee Srivijaya on the introduction of the Cold Stone Creamery line of ice cream products in Malaysia from franchisor Kahala Franchising, including the registration of all necessary franchise documentation. This deal was significant as a successful example of a Malaysian franchise graduating to franchisor of a global brand. 

Advised Wahed, a New York-based digital investment company and a multinational online halal investment platform provider authorised and licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), on the registration of their trademarks in Malaysia under Class 36 and Class 42.
