Other notable successes include defending ExxonMobil in judicial proceedings regarding dispute of land located in an oil drilling area in Bojonegoro, acting for Carrefour Indonesia to settle a dispute with one of its major Indonesian competitors, and representing British American Tobacco as plaintiff at the District Court of East Jakarta relating to breach of a consultation agreement.
