Established in 2005, HBS Law is a full service law firm based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The firm provides a wide range of practice, from banking and finance, corporate and M&A to gaming and labour and employment. Assisted LOLC Cambodia, one of the leading microfinance deposit-taking institutions in the country, in the issuance of its first corporate bonds on the Cambodia Securities Exchange.  

Providing legal advisory to The Great Duke Phnom Penh Hotel on various labour and employment issues, including the review of the termination agreements, preparing and drafting written notices to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training regarding the process of mass lay off, and representing the hotel in the dispute lodged by the union and its former employees.

Advising a domestic airline on the lease agreement of commercial aircrafts.
