Hai Run Law Firm was formed by the merger of Beijing Hairun Law Firm and Beijing Teamray Law Firm in 2018. Capital markets is the firm’s core strength. Its securities and capital markets department consists of 120 lawyers, including 20 partners and 100 practising lawyers. Senior partner Kebing Yan heads the firm’s capital market practice. He focuses his practice on securities and finance, including restructuring and reorganisation, IPOs and listings, listed company M&A and asset securitisation.
