Gall is a dispute resolution boutique with five dedicated disputes partners, one consultant and six associates specialising across all forms of litigation, arbitration and mediation. Senior partner Nick Gall leads the firm’s litigation practice. He has extensive experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional fraud and international asset tracing litigation.

Representing the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board, a statutory body established to manage the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund in accordance with the Employees Compensation Assistance Ordinance, Cap. 365 to contest quantum in this personal injury action where the plaintiff sustained severe injuries in an industrial accident.

Representing a statutory authority in statutory intervention of high-value personal injuries cases involving disputes on insurance policy coverage.

Advising a publicly funded university on the postponement of reappointment and termination of employment of its teaching staff during the Covid-19 pandemic and on the recovery of staff quarters and car parking space allocated to the teaching staff upon termination of employment.
