Established nine years ago, Ediplis Counsels has its roots in intellectual property. Since then, it has slowly added multiple verticals including general corporate and M&A, insurance, private equity and dispute resolution. Its insurance expertise has gained prominence and the firm moves up a notch in the insurance ranking table. Four senior partners lead the firm: IP specialists Nishant Kewalramani, Ashima Chalia, Vishal Jain, and Aditi Verma Thakur. IP specialist Achal Shekhar joined last spring from Rahul Chaudhry & Partners. The firm has four offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur.
